Want a new organ from the public services? Dream on! Their list of requirements is ridiculous. Give up smoking, drinking, and sugar? Might as well die!
Good thing there’s another way: Transplantica. Here, xenotransplantation isn't held back by bureocratic and ethical red tape - it's a surgical procedure like any other. Why should getting a new liver be any different from getting a new knee?
You are a surgeon opening the doors to your very own clinic. The organ farmers work overtime, and the streets are filled with people willing to pay for a new life.
